Colorado Wedding Photographers – Heather & Ryan – Stonebrook Manor Wedding

Being Colorado wedding photographers can sometimes be challenging. As you can imagine, wedding days can be a lot of work. However, something that is even more difficult that most people don’t realize, is narrowing down the photos that we take throughout the day.

This wedding has taken quite awhile to go through, choose the photos, and complete the editing. I could blame it on hormones, but honestly, I think that no matter what the situation, it would have been a difficult one. Why? Well yes, there are SO many great photos, that even this blog post will be significantly longer than usual. But the emotion behind the photos is what keeps tripping me up. The laughter, the family, the just out and out silliness at times… there are so many things to love, and get teary eyed over.

Heather and Ryan met in college, and I remember everyone loving Heather instantly. She and Ryan just seem to fit together, it was like seeing the other side of a coin. Different, but made to be together, to compliment each other. It has been a few years since she joined our family, and it seems odd to think of a time without her being there. She is his perfect match, and he is hers.

They both coach sports and are kind of fitness nuts and super strong. Ryan has been a wrestler since he was very small, and has always been the big guy, the real guys’ guy. Seeing him get emotional when he saw his bride really, really got to me. This wedding was emotional on the day of, but looking at the photos brings back so many more memories. We are honored to have been a part of such a beautiful day.
