Denver Wedding Photography – Wedding Wars Bridal Show – Parisian Glam Decor
There are some amazingly talented people in Denver. I am decorating challenged. I know what I like when I see it, but I don’t really put it together myself. On a person it’s a little different, but when it comes to decorating for a wedding or event, it is definitely not my forte. So when I see some amazing designs from fellow wedding professionals, I’m in awe.
Last week I had the opportunity to be a part of an amazing team at a bridal show. Not just ANY bridal show, but something that was a little different – a competition! There were several themes, and professionals were assigned to a team, and guests got to vote for their favorites. Sounds pretty cool, right? I was totally clueless though, I had never done anything quite like it. I wasn’t sure what I needed to do to participate or help. Fortunately for me, and for them (ha!), I was not in charge of decoration. My job was to capture the finished product. Before I show you the awesomeness though, I wanted to show you what they started with.
Pretty simple, right? The building at the City Hall Events Venue is super unique and different, but there’s not much to it. Kind of industrial, exposed brick, concrete floors, and just overall pretty simple. What these awesome people were able to do with this space was amazing!
Before I share more of the details, I want to make sure that I acknowledge everyone and thank them for a wonderful evening!

Now onto some beautiful details! The theme for this setup was Parisian Glam. Cielle and Veronica told me that they were excited because pink isn’t their go to color when it comes to decor, so they stepped out of their comfort zone a little bit in the design. Everything came together beautifully!
Bridesmaids were wandering the show as well, all glammed up, so we took a shot with them!
I was just telling a friend this… I am in LOVE with blush right now! The super light pink is just a beautiful color, and really went the theme beautifully!
The finished product.
The gorgeous ladies that designed the big picture!
And a photo bomb from our awesome lighting guy!
It was an amazing and exhausting evening. I had two assistants with me and I’m REALLY glad that I did, because we had so much to do! Thank you to everyone that was a part of this gorgeous setup, it was a pleasure to meet you all and get to know you throughout the evening!
