Denver Sexy Photos – 2015 Roundup
I have never had the chance to do one of these roundup posts, so I am a TAD excited about this one.
Yes, there are a variety of reasons. One of the hardest things about being a Denver boudoir photographer is that I can’t share some of my best work. It is frustrating at times, but comes with the territory. Denver sexy photos and boudoir photos are intimate, and several of my clients want them to remain private – and I completely understand why. To read more about the privacy policy for all boudoir photos, please click here.
Overall, I have a very, very high release rate. It thrills me that my clients love their photos enough to share, and that it is even a badge of honor to be featured on my website. That is such a crazy concept to me, especially when I see so many other boudoir photographers complaining about not being able to show their photos because their clients won’t allow it.
I get it, the photos are scary to take, even scarier to share.
I say it a lot – it’s probably cliche by now, but I really do work with the most amazing women. I have had clients from all over the nation, flying in from as far as Hawaii to have a boudoir experience with me. I have had clients that are have gone through amazing transformations. I love to work with couples for couples boudoir. I have had clients that are disabled, I have worked with other photographers, I have worked with clients that range from age 18-62. I have worked with clients that are facing major, life altering medical decisions, and have worked with clients that have recently gone through surgeries or major medical challenges. One of my clients told me yesterday, that for the first time in her life, she feels beautiful.
Looking through these photos to compile the roundup made me cry. Not because of sadness, but tears of gratitude. I am so blessed to be able to touch someone’s life in what seems like such a shallow way. To an outsider, boudoir photos might seem vain or ridiculous – but to the women that I work with every day, it is so much more. It is a life changing experience that reminds them of their beauty. Of their value – not because they’re a mother or wife, or sister, or daughter – but because they are a woman. My clients GET it. They understand that there is so much more to this experience than meets the eye.
I am so blessed to share this journey with such amazing women and couples, and to remind them of their value and connections. Thank you so much for an amazing 2015, and I can’t wait to see what 2016 brings!
I say it often, but not lightly – love to all.
