Denver Boudoir Photography – Miss S
I have been very frustrated for about the past year, trying to figure out what to share, and what not to share. And recently, in the past few months I have come to the point where I am comfortable with myself, my work, and sharing my work, regardless of what some people may or may not think. For that reason, I haven’t shared a TON of boudoir images that have been released for me to show to the world. I feel like I’ve been doing my clients a disservice in not sharing these photos, because they had the guts to first get in front of the camera, and then to release the photos as well. So much has changed in this past year, my skills have improved immensely from where I was a year ago, and it makes me nervous to show older photos that haven’t been shown before. But I want my clients to know that I didn’t choose to not share because of them, but because of my own insecurities, and now, I’m saying, to heck with it!
I have gone through the past year and a half or so in sessions and realized that if I shared everything, it would be THOUSANDS of photos. So in the interest of sharing without going too crazy, I’m going to do a few Throwback posts every month – with photos that are more than a year old that were never shared. When I bought my Denver Broncos jersey for my favorite player ever, it was called a “Throwback” jersey because he’s no longer playing. So if you see the word “Throwback” in the title, know that the photos were released but never shared, and I want to show the world these beautiful women who are not only sweet and kind, but courageous and fearless!
Today’s Throwback post is the beautiful Miss S. We have become friends, and it amazes me to see what she has gone through in the past year, so much has changed for her! She is driven and kind, and I’m so excited to share my favorite images with you.
This was one of my FIRST boudoir sessions, ever! From 2011, I present the beautiful Miss S.
An outtake, and proof (see Tom!) that I am funny:
Stunning.
