Aurora Boudoir Photographers – Throwback – The Gorgeous Ms. M!

I am excited to bring you a throwback post today, from when my studio was in Aurora, CO! I feel like so much has changed and that is the one thing that ISN’T changing – ironic, right? I was in the top of the Aurora boudoir photographers, then moved my studio to Denver, and have been so blessed to work with amazing women now ALL OVER THE WORLD. Yes, including other countries.

This gorgeous woman came for her session as part of a boudoir party. Yes, that’s a thing. How does it work? A bunch of girlfriends come in together, get their hair and makeup done, and we create some amazing art! These ladies were SO much fun, and the next question I always get: do the women pose together? Usually, no. But I am open to whatever, so if you want some photos together, clothes on or off, we can do that too!

There were a few shenanigans during this party, because it is really inevitable – women who have known each other for years, a cocktail, and no clothes leads to a ton of inappropriate jokes! Ms. M is an animal lover too, so she loved it when Frankie came up to say hi!

I’m rambling now, so let’s move forward and find out what Ms. M had to say about her session.

I first was introduced to the idea of boudoir because of my friend C, who had done previous work with Brooke. At first I have to admit I was a little nervous, I am a little self conscious but definitely not conservative so I decided to go for it! I figured, I wanted to do it now while I still have somewhat of a figure that I can look back at and say ” damn… I looked pretty good huh?!” Then you have to actually take your clothes off! A little scary, but let’s face it, that’s why I was there :) To take some sexy half naked pictures of myself. Once I got out there with Brooke, it wasn’t weird at all. She has a way of making you feel totally comfortable the whole time. By the end of the shoot I felt more confidant than I have in a long time! Thank you Brooke for bringing that out in me :)

Such a beautiful person, and such a fun day with Ms. M and her friends!
