Destination Boudoir Photographer – New Orleans

I know I say it a lot – and I feel like a bit of a broken record. But things are changing so fast, and life is just flying by, and there are a ton of REALLY exciting things coming up!

Sometimes it is hard for me to stay focused on what I need to do. I see bright shiny objects and my head snaps to go in a different direction! I have my daily to-do list that helps, but sometimes, it is just too much fun to really look at the possibilities and big pictures, and the amazing things to come. I blame my personality type. Yeah… we’ll go with that.

I am VERY excited to announce that I will be visiting New Orleans in a couple of weeks – I have never been!

The top 3 things I’m looking forward to with this trip:

1. Coaching and teaching at LightPro – this is an amazing conference and workshop for photographers, and I can’t wait to help photographers learn more about what they need to do to THRIVE. You can read more about this adventure here, check it out – especially if you’re a photographer!
2. The amazing food that New Orleans has to offer! Yep, I’m a foodie. And a cocktailey. Is that even a word? It is NOW! Beignets here I come! Not so sure about crawfish, because we used to catch them to keep them as pets when I was little and that just seems so wrong. But hey, I’m adventurous and down to try new thing!
3. Exploring a city that has unbelievable history. I’m a history geek, and just being in amazing places blows my mind. I am spending one night in a haunted B&B and will fully expect to see some sort of ghost or something. Tom rolled his eyes at that one, but hey, a girl gets to hope, am I right?

My amazing friend, Christine Tremoulet, inspired me to include a NOW page on my website. Why? Because it can be hard to keep up with the things that are changing and happening, especially in a season of a ton of travel!

I wanted to close this post with a gorgeous photo of New Orleans, but I haven’t been there yet – so I will have to share some a little later. Now I have to get something seriously awesome. NO PRESSURE.

I do have one of a Mardi Gras themed session though, enjoy!
