Happy Labor Day!

Okay so I’m a few days late. But it was a good weekend right?!

We went to the Taste of Colorado on Friday night and saw Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, it was a fabulous evening! It took everything I had not to dance along with the music, there were just too many people to dance. I would have knocked someone out, unintentionally of course.

I also made this fabulous meal – mushroom, swiss & onion sliders with spicy fry sauce , with onion strings and baked zucchini sticks. It was sooooo good! Tom is a lucky man right? So spoiled!
