Colorado Engagement Photos – Bri & Logan are Engaged!
We had the honor of meeting Bri & Logan at a tasting with A Wild Thyme catering back in June, and we instantly clicked. Tom was making fun of me for something (was it the pictures of the salmon?) while Bri and I were laughing, I think Logan thought we were a little nutty. But even through all of the craziness, we definitely walked away with the beginning of a friendship. So when they contacted us to talk about photographing their wedding, we were all over it!
They met in youth group years ago, not realizing then what an impact they would have on each others’ lives. Several years later, they are ready to say forever in front of their loved ones, and we can’t wait to be a part of their big day next year!
Officially Together: January 5, 2010
Engaged: July 1, 2013
Wedding: June 26, 2014
From Bri:
What are five words you would use to describe Logan?
Very sassy ;), great sense of humor, hard working, extremely caring, loving.
What do you love most about Logan?
Oh where to start… I think what I love most about him is the way he makes me laugh. I am really thankful that he is not only my soon to be husband but (as cliche as it is) he is my very best friend. We truly enjoy spending time together and even when I’m feeling grumpy he gets me to smile and laugh and enjoy life :)
What are you looking forward to the most when it comes to be able to officially call Logan your husband?
There are lots of things I am looking forward to but I think I am most looking forward to having a sleepover every night with my best friend. I’m excited for lazy Sunday mornings where we can just spend time together. Oh and I’m pretty excited to change my last name, right now my last name is just too hard to spell!!
We have really worked hard to keep God in the middle of our love story and for that I think we have been really blessed. We’ve had our share of struggles over the past almost 4 years but when we love God more than each other we have seen some amazing things happen between us.
From Logan:
What are five words you would use to describe Bri?
Loving, caring, loyal, Godly, sweet
What do you love most about Bri?
Her willingness to drop everything and help anyone and everyone no matter what the cost.
What are you looking forward to the most when it comes to being able to officially call Bri your wife?
Coming home everyday and having her there when I walk in the door.
We are excited to be a part of your big day, and to get to know you both better!
How about some photos? ;)
They brought along their fur “baby” for some photos, she is SO sweet and loves them so much!
Bri found these adorable jerseys with their names and wedding dates – I love them!
We laughed and played pretty much all evening… and had so much fun. Bri and Logan and clearly so much in love, but can still laugh, and don’t take life too seriously.
What would an engagement session be without a few shenanigans? The leaves weren’t falling JUST right, so we made them fall.
I think this is a favorite for sure.
There’s a new post on the blog today, a #colorado #autumn #engagement session with the awesome Bri & Logan!… http://t.co/GULx5Wwrg1

My favorite of just the two of you is the same one Brooke put the caption on, but the one of the three of you by the creek is great, too! Looks like a lot of fun and a lot of KISSING! Wink! Great job Brooke and Tom!
REALLY nice photos! You’ve done an excellent job capturing both personalities and captured some unique photos.
