Denver Business Photography – Twig Salon & Spa – CRAVE Denver

Happy Wednesday!

I have Halloween pictures (of course, right?) but I haven’t even looked at them yet, so they will have to wait a few. In the meantime, I have some very cool shots to share!

Recently I’ve been working with Crave. It’s a book that connects women, and features sophisticated, empowered female business owners. They have businesses in SO many different categories, including graphic design, beauty, jewelry, fitness, restaurants, and a ton more! It’s a really great opportunity for businesses that are run by women to get their information out there to the people who are looking for their services. And of course, what goes better with business descriptions than photos?

That’s where I come in!

Last weekend I worked with the gorgeous ladies from Twig Salon, in Boulder, CO. When I walked into the salon I immediately noticed the modern, hip feel to the space. One of their main ideas is to be as green as possible – recycling, energy saving, etc. A lot of times places that concentrate on being green are very outdoorsy looking, and Twig definitely had that vibe too, but it was mixed with a hip and upbeat style that made it very neat. Of course, the lovely ladies that run the salon didn’t hurt that feel either!

Korrie, Heather, and Haley are the co-owners and business partners for Twig, and they’re all stylists too. They were super sweet and fun, even when I locked us out of the salon! That’s right, Brooke’s luck strikes again. We went outside to take some shots and because the door was in the photos and kind of messing up the feel of them, I closed it. I didn’t know it was locked… yup. Locked out. Luckily I had my phone in my pocket and they were able to call someone to bring a key. Wow, I’m super cool right? I’m sure you’re all thinking to yourselves, how can I possibly be as cool as Brooke? I’m so grateful that the ladies were super cool and took it all in stride.

Here are some of the photos from their salon, as well as a fun, fall pictures of them!

They had a custom-made mosaic sign out front with their tree, so we had to get a shot of it! And the sun was cooperating beautifully!

I know that the focus is the salon and the owners – but they all had such fun shoes on, I couldn’t resist. Tom rolled his eyes when he saw this picture, I have issues with shoes. But aren’t they cute?

Korrie, Heather and Haley – I’m so glad that I could be a part of this experience for you. Being in the book is super exciting, and I know your salon will be so full you’ll be booking months in advance!
