Hey hey there party people – happy Thursday!

I found out about this in December but have been holding onto it until they were officially released… which was February 17, and I’m excited to share!

I have worked with LuxLife before, when I won Best Boudoir Photographer in 2021 in their Global Excellence Awards.

They notified me a few months ago that these would go live in February, and I’m SO excited to announce that I’m honored with two awards from LuxLife magazine in their Creative and Visual Awards:

Sometimes when life is lifing the way it does, it can be hard to remember that the things that we do actually matter.

The words that we say, our actions, the little things… they all add up and they really matter. These awards made me stop for a minute and really take it in. My clients tell me all the time how much they appreciate me, and how much their session changed their lives.

I always say that as the Best Boudoir Photographer in Colorado – I am truly blessed to work with the most amazing humans on the planet – and that isn’t fluff.

My last post was a thank you to my clients, and I’ve spent some time in gratitude lately, while going through the past few years and updating my portfolio and released images.

I remember your stories, the things that make you special, the little tidbits that you share with me, and I thank you so much for showing up for YOURSELF and putting yourself into a sometimes uncomfortable situation.

I’m now 16 years into specializing in boudoir photography in Colorado, 19 years as a professional photographer, and I am so incredibly blessed and thrilled to be on this journey with all of you.

I started working with everyone – families, headshots, weddings, engagements and more… and then fell in love with boudoir. When I started doing boudoir there were maybe 4 of us in the state, and it’s such a privilege to grow and watch my clients grow too.

I’ve done boudoir photos for someone’s wedding gift… and then maternity boudoir a couple of years later… and then divorce boudoir years later too. For some of my clients, instead of divorce boudoir, we invite the partner in for an anniversary to celebrate TOGETHER this time.

And yes… for some of my clients I even do the photos I don’t show here, like babies or weddings or families. Don’t tell though, k? I only do those for people I adore.

The bottom line is that you invite me into your lives to capture your important moments, transformations and memories, and I’m so incredibly honored.

I appreciate you more than you know, and I can’t wait to have you in front of my camera again.
